Ladies Only Pilates — Beginners

Classes for women only.

Taster class: £10 per person
Block of 4 classes: £35 £30 per person – online

My 'Ladies Only' Pilates classes provide a safe and supportive environment for females to exercise in.

Enjoy some ‘me’ time and improve your fitness as you work out with a group of like-minded women.

You'll leave in a happy mood and with a happy body too.

Places limited to 8 people

What happens in class?

Each class focuses on improving core strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.

Every exercise is performed slowly in combination with a controlled breathing pattern to get your core muscles working.

The women in this class are fun, friendly and eager to learn.

  • Easing lower back pain
  • Increasing hip strength and mobility
  • Relaxing and de-stressing
  • Improving balance skills

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothing, eg jogging bottoms / leggings and a T-shirt.

Trainers are not worn during class but you will probably want to leave your socks on to keep you warm.

What to bring

Bring a mat to lie on — I would recommend this one — and a small towel to use under your head.
