My ladies only Pilates classes provide a safe and supportive environment for females to exercise in.

Enjoy some ‘me’ time and improve your health and fitness as you work out with a group of like-minded women.

You'll leave with a calm mind, a stronger body and increased levels of confidence.

Places limited to 8 people per class

What happens in class?

Each class focuses on improving core strength, posture and flexibility.

Every exercise is performed slowly in combination with a controlled breathing pattern to get your core muscles working.

I'm a firm believer that women should be encouraged to be more active; this class has a fun and friendly atmosphere for letting you do just that.

This class is good for:

  • Easing lower back pain
  • Reducing hip pain
  • Relaxing and de-stressing

Kat is calm and patient and personalises the exercises to tailor them to our needs.

I have already noticed a big difference in my mobility and core strength.

I really look forward to my class on Wednesday evening at Luton Sixth Form College.

What to wear and bring

Wear comfortable clothing, eg jogging bottoms / leggings and a T-shirt.

Trainers are not worn during class but you will probably want to leave your socks on to keep you warm.

Please bring your own mat — I would recommend this one — and a small towel to use under your head.
