Subscription: £31 per month (1 class per week, 46 weeks per year*)
Taster class: £12 per person
*Because we have 4 weeks off a year (even Pilates teachers need a holiday!), this works out at an average of 3.8 classes per month for your monthly payment.
In this friendly mid-morning class, I'll help you build strength and flexibility with a 60-minute Pilates workout for beginners via Zoom.
Using slow and precise movement in combination with a controlled breathing technique, together we’ll complete a workout that will ease tension in both your body and your mind.

I demo each exercise first and give clear, detailed instructions. Then I watch and guide you as you carry out the moves.
You’ll get plenty of individual attention and adaptations to suit your abilities thanks to the small group size (maximum 8 students per class).
