Is this course for you?
This course is ideal for absolute beginners or those with limited experience.
If you have never done Pilates before, or if you have tried it but didn't really get the hang of it, then this is the course for you!
In a small, fun and friendly teaching environment you will learn in detail the principles of Pilates along with a set of basic exercises.
I will give you the confidence to master your technique from the comfort of your own home.
The course is delivered live using Zoom — making the experience truly interactive.
Kat's a great teacher always makes me feel really comfortable and explains the techniques very well, I highly recommend her sessions.
The practical stuff
What to wear
Wear comfortable clothing, eg jogging bottoms / leggings and a T-shirt.
Trainers are not worn during class but you will probably want to leave your socks on to keep you warm.
What you'll need
You’ll need a mat — I would recommend this one — (or even a thick towel) to lie on and a small towel to use under your head.
Put your mat down on a carpeted floor / thick rug so you are comfortable.
And don't forget your phone / tablet / laptop.
