Exercises include:
- Pilates plié squats with mini shoulder lift (shoulders, hips, knees and ankle)
- twist stretch (back)
- roll downs (back)
- opposite arm and leg lift (back and balance)
- side bend stretch (back)
- double leg stretch (legs).
