As a complete newbie to Pilates, I enrolled onto Kat's Pilates for Beginners Course via Zoom. I was a little dubious as to how I would cope with the classes online on a small screen but I need not have worried. Kat's excellent quality of instruction and explanation made it work very well for me and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Whilst I found it challenging (as exercise should be!), I was so pleased with the progress I made with Kat's tuition. I am now hooked and look forward to developing my Pilates abilities with Kat in her future classes.
I was a Pilates newbie, but Kat showed patience and encouragement to help me explore this great form of exercise. Kat's instructions are always crystal clear and she brings enthusiasm and cheerfulness to each class. She demonstrates the moves first and then watches and guides you as you try to carry them out. Each session builds on the moves achieved in the last so it really feels as though you're making progress.
Small individualised classes really meant you felt like they were personalised just for you. Kat is very friendly and professional and I really look forward to going each week as the classes are enjoyable and at the right level for me.

Kat provides a friendly, professional approach for this weekly led class which was for me both a lucky and almost fate driven find for which I am very grateful. The small number in the group totally dispels any sense of 'ability embarrassment' which may be lurking and Kat's cheery, helpful, professional and natural approach to get the best from us certainly works. I was a complete novice when I started but the multi layered approach which provides appropriate challenge for all attendees means for me Kat Pilates night now has a firm and almost immovable place in my calendar.
Kats' classes are really great, easy to follow for a total beginner like myself! Every week I feel the exercises are helping me improve my flexibility and movements, and they are easy to do at home also. Kat is very informative and takes time to spend with you to make sure you are getting the maximum benefit from the moves. The small class sizes ensures that you get the attention that you may need. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Kat’s classes. Kat is very professional whilst motivational and friendly. The small class group make it all the better enabling Kat to be very attentive to everyone’s abiliities and needs. My core strength, awareness of my posture and flexibility is improving every week.
