Unwind and relax with this 10-minute guided Pilates relaxation. It’s a calming routine where you’ll be lying down and I’ll guide you as you scan mindfully through your body.
We begin by aligning the body, then gently contracting and releasing specific muscle groups, followed by carefully scanning our body checking for any tension that might remain and consciously letting it melt away.
You won’t be using Pilates breathing for this relaxation; just breathe normally. 😊
