You can do all the exercises in this gentle Pilates workout standing up, so you can perform them when you get out of bed or maybe even when you’re standing cooking the dinner in the evening. 🙂
Exercises include:
- Hand and feet spread
- Knee bends
- Side bends
- Shoulder shrugs
- Dumb waiter (shoulder rotation)
- Hugs (shoulders and back)
- Neck tilts
