If you’re someone who sits at a desk all day, drives a lot or just spends a bit too much time sitting down then this video is your antidote to all that bottom-based activity.
Focusing on slow and mindful movement you will gently mobilise the neck and shoulders bringing some much needed flexibility back to the body.
You can do all the exercises from a seated position but I urge you to do them standing up.
